Who's Who in the Cast and Crew

Forrest Acrey (Prop Master) A junior, Forrest is in his third year with• The Genesian Players. Most Saturdays, Forrest is in the theater building sets. His other activities include Rummel Choir and Campus Ministry. A graduate of St.. Philip Neri, Forrest works part time and occasionally goes. home to do his homework, rarely to sleep.

Tiffany Ameen (Kate Jerome) A four-year Genesian and senior at Archbishop Chapelle, Tiffany is completing her seventh show with The Genesian Players. She has performed in GREASE, RUMORS, MEET ME IN ST. LOUIS, OUR TOWN, LAST NIGHT OF BALLYHOO, CIRCLE and now, BROADWAY BOUND. She was named Rummel Homecoming Queen 2000-01, and as a result is a Louisiana State Finalist in the Miss America Homecoming Queen. pageant. The Genesians were proud to have their club member perform at the Inauguration Ceremonies for George W. Bush in D.C. To further her dream of being a professional singer, Tiffany will attend Texas Christian University to major in Musical Theater and Television broadcasting. Tiffany thanks all her family and friends for their support and most of all, God for his glorious blessings. Tiffany attended John Quincy Adams.

Michelle Cenac (Blanche Eisenberg) Currently a freshman at Chapelle, Michelle is involved in Ambassadors, Student Council, Track, True Love Waits, Retreat Team and Thalians. Her Genesian debut was in CIRCLE. A graduate of Elizabeth Anne Seton, Michelle dedicates this performance to her sister, Marie who is going to Chapelle next year.

Keith Claverie (Student Director) In his third year as a Genesian, sopho­more Keith is happy to be a member of the club. His debut was the role of Charlie Brown in YOU’RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN. His other appearances include OUR TOWN, CIRCLE, and ALL THE WAY HOME. When not appearing on stage,. Keith devotes time to the Genesians as a member of the production staff. He is proud to have been a cast member of the Genesian Christmas Show 2000, which benefited the grandson of our photographer, Mr. Williarn Arthurs. Keith states that the Genesians is a wonderful experience and he will miss the seniors who have helped make the Players what they are today. He previously attended St. Ann’s Grade School.

Sean Collins (Jack Jerome) A senior, Sean made his Genesian debut in ALL THE WAY HOME and has previously performed at Rivertown Repertory. He enjoys being a Genesian and hopes to continue in the drama field as a movie director. He plans to attend the University of New Orleans as a Communications major.

Reed Dowie (Announcer, House Manager) A four year senior Genesian Player, Reed is proud to be playing the most important role in the show, the radio announcer. His career as a Genesian began as a follow spot operator for GREASE. Since then Reed hasn’t taken a break, performing some task for every production. In that time, he appeared on stage in OUR TOWN, CIRCLE, and most recently in ALL THE WAY HOME. A graduate of Kehoe-France, Reed’s future plans include the realization of his life’s dream, to attend Louisiana State University. In the distant future, you may find him on Broadway playing every male role in LI1TLE SHOP OF HORRORS. Reed dedicates this final show to Chuck Guajardo, Dickie Dufour, and first and foremost to his parents. He also dedicates this last performance to the loving memory of Jonny Juneau who introduced him to the Genesians four years ago.

Angele Fox (Mrs. Pitkin) An Ursuline Academy senior, Angele makes her debut in this Genesian production. She has performed in several Ursuline shows and states, “1 chose to be a Genesian because of the quality of the productions. I also believe this will help me in my future as a Communications major.”

Ryan Garrity (Stanley Jerome) A senior, Ryan was most recently seen as Keifer in CIRCLE. His other performances include roles in OUR TOWN, MEET ME IN ST. LOUIS, and LAST NIGHT OF BALLYHOO. His back­stage duties have included vocal direction for YOU’RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN, props for RUMORS, and student direction for ALL THE WAY HOME. Ryan’s other activities include Webcrew, Raider’s Digest, Operation HeadStart, and he also serves as secretary of the Student Council. After graduation, he will attend Loyola University to study music and journalism. He adds, “The Genesians were some of the best times in all my years here and I will miss it a whole lot.” He is a graduate of Harry Hurst.

Chris Gordy (Grandpa Ben) Known to some as Chuck Guajardo, Jr., Chris Gordy has been performing stand up comedy in the New Orleans area for­ever. He appeared in ALL THE WAY HOME and in CIRCLE as Richards (a role many people believe was fashioned after Mr. G.) Chris debuted in the Genesian Christmas production 1999 and was emcee of this year’s show. He thanks his Genesian buddies, past and present, Reed, Brandon McAcy, Roch, and Danny Wilson for inspiring him to do his best for the club. This performance is dedicated to his father Chuck Guajardo, his mother, Dickie Dufour, his uncles, Mike Camnetar and Tracy Gordon, his Aunt Judy Claverie, his sisters, Tiffany and Kristen, his brothers, Mike and Keith and his pet dogs. A former St. Christopher student, he foresees himself as a cast member of SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE

Stan Ho (Chubby Waters) A senior, Stan is a second year Genesian who previously appeared in CIRCLE Stan plans to attend Louisiana State University in the spring, 2002.. During the fall, he will complete Boot Camp for the US. Marine Corps. He previously attended Memorial Baptist.

Dayna Johnson (Blanche Eisenberg) Dayna is in her premier year with. The Genesian Players. A sophomore at Chapelle, she debuted in ALL THE WAY HOME. She is grateful. to her parents for affording her this opportuni­ty. A graduate of St. Ann’s, Dayna is active in. Chapelle’s Drama Club.

Loren Kerr (Lights) A sophomore and second year Genesian Player, Loren comes to us from St. Mary Magdalen Grammar School.

Ben (Let me ask you a question) Picone (Stage Crew) A senior, Ben is proud to be a three-year Genesian Player. He has been on stage crew for most of the Players’ productions and appeared m CIRCLE He is active m Mock Trial, Student Council, Big Brothers, and Varsity Basketball. Ben is grateful to his family for supporting all his Rummel efforts and is especially thankful for the support of the Rummel Senior Genesians. A graduate of St. Angela Merici, he plans to attend Loyola University as a Business Law major.

Michael Tramontin (Eugene Jerome) In his second year as a Genesian, sophomore Michael is very excited about this show. YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN, CIRCLE, and ALL THE WAY HOME are his previous stage appearances. A former Kehoe-France student, he was a cast member of the Genesian Christmas Show. 2000 and 1999.

Tim Tregle (Sound) A freshman, Tim is in his first year as a Genesian. He previously served as make-up assistant for ALL THE WAY HOME. He is a St. Mary Magdalen graduate.

Kristen Williams (Kate Jerome) A Chapelle junior, Kristen is enjoying her third year in The Genesian Players. Last season she was named best supporting actress for her role in OUR TOWN. Previously, Kristen graced the Genesian stage in THE MOUSETRAP, THE LAST NIGHT OF BALLYHOO, CIRCLE, and ALL THE WAY HOME. A graduate of Lake Castle Grammar School, she dedicates her performance to all the seniors who will not be with her next year.
