Quinn Asaro (Villager)
A sophomore, who previously attended St. Philip Neri, Quinn made his
debut on the Genesian Players' stage as Rufus in All The Way Home. As
a freshman, he received the Best Newcomer Award and the Best Supporting
Actor Award. Quinn is a member of the National junior Honors Society,
Science Olympiad Team, Key Club, and Spanish Club.
Randy
Boudreaux (Col. Purdy) A graduate of
St. Benilde and Rummel junior, Randy is making his fourth appearance in a
Genesian production. He was seen as "Sergeant Duffy" in Sorry,
Wrong Number, and also appeared in Circle and You're A Good
Man, Charlie Brown. He is also involved with Key Club, Student
Council, Anime Club, and Philosophy Club. After graduating college, Randy
plans on seeking a career in sports broadcast journalism.
Natalie Boyd
(Villager)
A Dominican High School junior, Natalie is thrilled to be making her
second appearance on the Genesian stage. She was last seen, but mostly
heard, as "Mrs. Stevenson" in Sorry, Wrong Number. She
has also performed with the Jefferson Performing Arts Society, including a
recent role as "Rizzo" in Grease. A former St. Rita
Grammar School student, she would like to thank her family and the
Genesians for letting her be apart of another great show. She would also
like to give a special shout out to the girl with hives for getting her
involved with Rummel productions.
Michelle
Cenac (Old Lady) A sophomore at Chapelle, Michelle is
performing in her fourth Genesian play. She was previously seen in Circle,
Broadway Bound, and Sorry, Wrong Number. She is involved in
Ambassadors, Retreat Team, Thalians, Matthew 25, True Love Waits, and
Student Council. She is glad to be in this show and is excited about
sitting on a jeep. Michelle attended St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Grammar
School.
Keith
Claverie (Captain Fisby) A junior in his ninth production,
Keith is a four-year member of the Genesians. He made his debut on stage
in the title role of Charlie Brown in You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown.
He was also seen in Our Town, Circle All The Way Home, and in Sorry,
Wrong Number. Keith was the Master of Ceremonies in the Genesian
Christmas Show 2001. He is an active member of the Student Council serving
as the Junior Class Vice-President. In his spare time Keith enjoys
attending his girlfriend's volleyball games, playing Playstation, and
watching Jeopardy. Keith attended St. Ann Grammar School.
Elizabeth
Darre (Daughter) As an eleventh
grader at Archbishop Chapelle, Elizabeth is involved in Student
Ambassadors, Retreat Team, National Honor Society, and Mu Alpha Theta.
This is her second Genesian production. She previously attended St. Ann
Elementary.
Chris Emery (Colonel
Purdy) A senior, Chris is appearing in his third Genesian performance.
You may recognize him from his appearances in Circle as a chorus
member and Sorry, Wrong Number as the Fourth Man. When not on
stage, Chris can be found participating in props work, ushering and set
construction. In addition to Genesians, he is an active member of Student
Council, Campus Ministry and Big Brothers. He plans to major in journalism
at either the University of Mississippi or the University of Alabama.
Chris previously attended Ecole Classique.
Lauren Guarino
(Old Woman) A senior at Dominican, Lauren
is a graduate of St. Benilde. She is very excited to be working with the
Genesians once again having previously appeared in You're A Good Man,
Charlie Brown 1, Circle, All The Way Home, and most recently in This
Property is Condemned. She is involved in National Honor Society, MAO,
Tri-M, drama, choir, and Christian Leadership Council. Lauren
also enjoys performing on the stage at Dominican and Jefferson Performing
Arts Society. She would like to thank her sister, Jill, for being such an
inspiration.
Louis Haar A
freshman, Louis is making his second appearance as sound man. A St.
Christopher graduate, he enjoys playing basketball and "hanging"
with his friends at Rummel.
Matthew Haar (Mr.
Hokaido) This is Matthews third year in the Genesian Players. A
junior, who hails from St. Christopher Grammar School, Matthew has a
reputation among Genesian fans as Lou Costello of the famed comedy duo. He
is a member of Campus Ministry and president of the Rummel Abstinence
Program.
Mary Lee
Harris (Higa Jiga) A junior at Ursuline Academy, Mary Lee
is appearing in her sixth Genesian production. She was last seen as Mommy
in The Sandbox. Other roles were Tootie in Meet Me in St. Louis and
Patty in You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown. She also appeared as
herself in Circle and played Aunt Sadie in All The Way Home. Outside
of Genesians, Mary Lee is active in school dubs and independent voice
lessons. After her senior year, Mary Lee plans to take a double major in
music and psychology.
Ben Hughes
(Captain McLean) A junior, Ben is making his debut in a Genesian
production. He is a member of the National Honor Society, Campus Ministry
and Academic Games. A former John Q. Adams Middle School student, he
enjoys attending sporting events. Ben anticipates a law career following
his graduation from LSU.
Richard
Houidobre (Mr. Seiko) This is
Richard's second onstage performance with the Genesians following his
appearance as Man #1 in Sorry, Wrong Number. A graduate of St.
Angela Merici and Rummel junior, Richard is an active member of the
Philosophy Club, Anime dub, Campus Ministry, R.S.O.G., and is
vice-president of the Abstinence Club. He is looking forward to future
activity with the Genesians.
Dayna Johnson
(Miss Higa Jiga) A junior at Archbishop
Chapelle, Dayna has previously appeared in All The Way Home as
Catherine, in Broadway Bound as Blanche, and as Mommy in The
Sandbox. At Chapelle she is involved in Retreat Team, Mission Club,
and ProLife. She previously attended St. Ann and would like to thank her
parents for such a wonderful opportunity.
Paul Loisel (Sergeant
Gregovitch) A junior, Paul is making his debut in a Genesian
production. A member of the Student Council and Inline Hockey Team, he
attended St. Rosalie Elementary School.
Daniel
Maillian (Old Man) A junior, Daniel is making is debut on
the Genesian stage with this production. He is active with the Band and
the Hockey Team.
Billy Majoue (Sakini)
A junior and second-year Genesian, Billy first appeared as
"Daddy" in The Sandbox. A Meisler Middle School graduate,
he would like to dedicate his first big role to his father who always
finds a way to be there for him and supports him in everything he does.
Jarod
Martinolich (Child) A ninth grader
making his debut in Teahouse of the August Moon, Jarod is a member
of the Student Council. At St. Benilde, he performed in Annie and Guys and
Dolls.
Kasey Mathews
(Villager) A Chapelle sophomore, Kasey is involved in Student Council,
Ambassadors, Retreat Team, Thalians, and National Honors Society. This is
her first Genesian production and she looks forward to working with
everyone again!
Christina
Perez (Daughter) Christina is making her second appearance on the
Genesian stage with this production. A sophomore at Cabrini High School,
she was previously seen in Sorry, Wrong Number. At Cabrini, she is
involved in the Drama Club and is the Vice President
of her speech team. A former St. Elizabeth Ann Seton student, she dances
with the Jefferson Ballet Theater.
Chelsea Porter
(Villager) A junior at Archbishop Chapelle High
School, Chelsea is appearing in her first Genesian production. She is a
member of the Ambassadors, National Honors Society and the Swim Team. She
attended St. Matthew Grammar School.
Laura Richard (Lotus
Blossom) A junior at Archbishop Chapelle Laura is enjoying her third
year as a Genesian. She first appeared in Circle and has also been
seen in Sorry, Wrong Number. At Chapelle Laura is involved in many
activities including Student Council, Student Ambassadors, Retreat Team,
and National Honor Society. She attended St. Edward the Confessor Grammar
School.
Patrick Rigny
(Villager) A junior, Patrick attended St.
Francis Cabrini. He is currently involved in Raider Hope Campus Ministry,
and National Honor Society. This is his debut performance with the
Genesian Players. Patrick hopes to someday ride the train as a punk rocker
before getting his Ph.D. in medicine.
Anthony Robino
(Mr. Keora) A junior, Anthony is
making his debut in a Genesian production. He looks forward to a career in
pathology, specializing in forensics but meanwhile he enjoys fishing,
hunting and the outdoors. Anthony attended St. Lawrence the Martyr Grammar
School.
Jimmy Rumney (Captain
Fisby) A junior, Jimmy is making his Genesian debut. He is involved in
Football, Basketball, Track~, Student Council and National Honor Society.
He also enjoys listen' to music and chilling with his friends. He attended
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Grammar School.
Jessica
Salamin (Lotus Blossom) A Chapelle
junior, Jessica serves as president of Thalian's. A graduate of St. Ann,
she dedicates her premiere performance as a Genesian to her family and
friends who support her dream of acting.
Melissa Stoltz (Villager)
A senior at Archbishop Chapelle, Melissa School previously appeared as
a 103-year-old woman in All The Way Home, and an 86 year old woman
in The Sandbox. A former St. Lawrence the Martyr student, she is
involved in Student Council and National Honor Society. She plans to
attend LSU as a kinesiology major. Melissa would like to dedicate this
performance to Kristen Williams, "Thanks for introducing me to the
Genesian theater, and I'll miss you in this show."
Michael
Tramontin (Sakini) A junior, Michael
likes to eat Rummel cafeteria food. He has appeared in such plays as You're
A Good Man Charlie Brown, Circle, All The Way Home, Broadway
Bound, and Four in One. Michael can speak many different
languages - none of which is Japanese. He previously attended Kehoe
France.
Jeffrey Turner
(Sgt. Gregovitch) A senior, Jeffrey was a
football player beside Lamar Mills AXA "Super Star." He
previously appeared as the killer George in Sorry, Wrong Number. A
Roosevelt Middle School graduate, he enjoys Genesians because "it's a
good way to meet great people." Jeffrey also likes taking long walks
on the beach and is currently available for any girls looking for a nice
guy.
Demond Wiltz (Mr.
Sumata) This is Demond's debut in a Genesian performance. He is
very active in sports at Rummel and is a three year lettermen in Football,
Basketball, and Track. He is also involved with various service
organizations. Demond would like to think his parents for raising such a
wonderful child.
Erica
"Peaches" Young (Villager) A
Chapelle student and Freshman Sweetheart, Erica is involved with Thalians,
Choir, Track Team, Quiz Bowl, Ambassadors, Retreat Team, Cross Country
Team and Student Council. An honor student, she is a member of the
District Honor Choir.
