Cast Profiles

Adel Alizadeh  (Paravicini) A sophomore, Adel, makes his Genesian debut in this play. His grade school was St. Martin’s. He is sophomore class president and swims on the Rummel Swim Team. Adel has enjoyed his first Genesian experience and dedicates his performance to his parents. He looks forward to working on many more performances.

Bear Badeaux (Major Metcalf) Bear is a two year Genesian and a junior at Archbishop Rummel High School. This is his second play. He was in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.  At Rummel, Bear is in The Writers Club. In the future, he would like to be in broadcasting or theatre.

Ross Britz (Paravicini/ Student Director) Ross, a junior, is a fourth year Genesian.  After four years, Ross has finally reached a goal he has had his eyes on for sometime: a role important enough for a name.  He thanks his friends and family for supporting him throughout his experience in the Genesians. He was last seen as the bellhop in Tenor.

Michelle Cenac (Mrs. Boyle) Michelle, A senior at Chapelle High School, is vice president of Ambassadors and NHS. Michelle’s other activities include Campus Ministry E-Board, Retreat Team, Chorale, Eucharistic Ministers, Guardian Angels, and the French Club. Appearing in her eleventh Genesian production, Michelle’s most recent role was in Lend Me a Tenor. Michelle knows how hard it will be next year without the Genesians. She dedicates her final performance to her fellow Genesians, both past and present; the people who have made high school the best years of her life.

Emily Dardis (Prop Mistress) Emily is a freshman at Archbishop Chapelle High School and a first year Genesian Player. She was a member of the house crew in Lend Me A Tenor and this is her first time doing props. She previously attended J.D. Meisler Middle School.

Paul Fleming (Major Metcalf) As a sophomore, Paul is a third year Genesian. Previous roles include a country boy, Japanese Wrestling Judge #4, Farmhand, Soldier, and a Eunuch. He wants to thank Jarod and Lou for driving him the whole seven blocks to his house after rehearsals. Besides being in Genesians, he is also in Student Council, Track Team, Spanish Club, and Philosophy Club.

Max Hughes (Christopher Wren) Max is a sophomore and a second year Genesian. Christopher Wren marks Max’s first role as a supporting actor. Max also appeared in Forum. He worked props for Lend Me a Tenor. Max is very excited about this play and hopes to appear in many more in the future.

Jeannette Johnson (Mrs. Boyle) This role is Jeannette’s Genesian debut. A senior at Chapelle High School, she currently presides as Student Council President. Jeannette is also very active with Retreat Team, Eucharistic Ministers, Ambassadors, Campus Ministry, Matthew 25, Guardian Angels, and Swim Team. This performance is dedicated to her family and friends “who support me in everything I do. I hope everyone loves the show.”

Lindsey Lanson (Mollie Ralston) A Chapelle senior and third year Genesian, Lindsey has worked scenery, lights, student director, and made her debut in Odd Couple. She was last seen in Picnic.  In addition to being a Genesian Board Member, she participates in NHS, TLW, GT, Ambassadors, and is Student Council’s Sr. Class Treasurer. She also serves as a second year Drum Major for the Rummel Marching Band. “Genesians has made my high school years so memorable, and I have my family, past and present Genesians, and directors to thank for that.”

Jarod Martinolich (Prop Crew) A junior at Archbishop Rummel High School, Jarod is involved in Student Council and Raider Hope. This is his third year as a Genesian. Jarod cites Arty in Lost in Yonkers as his most memorable role. He is looking forward to a great senior year next year.

Kasey Mathews (Katherine Casewell) A future LSU Tiger, Kasey is a Chapelle senior.  Kasey is in her third year as a Genesian and “I have enjoyed every minute of it.”  Kasey’s tour de force was the role of Rosemary in Picnic.  Along with Genesians, Kasey is involved with Thalians, Retreat Team, NHS, and Showstoppers.  Next year, “I’ll miss Genesians more than anything.”

Marel Medina (Sergeant Trotter) Marel, a senior, previously attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help. His debut was in this year’s Picnic, and most recently, in the comedy Tenor. His plans are to attend college, and continue to study acting and theater. Marel says he will always be very proud to have become a Genesian, and would like to thank his family and close friends for their continual and loving support.

Justin Mendoza (Christopher Wren) Justin is a sophomore in his second production with the Genesians. He appeared in the Wizard of Oz as a soldier. He is very happy to finally receive a role with lines. He has been involved with the Genesians since his 8th grade year and his other activities include not making the track team, an 0-2 record with the Raider Wrestling team, and supporting all sports teams as a Super Fan. He dedicates this performance to his family who has supported him in everything, this includes his failures, such as, his 3 day employment at American Eagle Outfitters.

Michael Mixon (House Manager) A senior, Michael is serving his third time as House Manager, a position he performs very well.  He regrets waiting so long to become a Genesian and tells all his underclass friends to join now.  “It’s one of the greatest experiences of your high school life.”

David Morris (Giles Ralston) A junior, David was recently seen as Alan Seymour in Picnic. Mousetrap marks David’s eighth production. He is an active member of the Student Council at Rummel. David thanks all of his friends, both new and old for all their support. David is a member of the Genesian Board and has been a great asset to the organization on and off stage.

Natalie Retreage (Mollie Ralston) Natalie is a junior at Chapelle High School. Natalie went to Our Lady of Perpetual Help and is very involved with dancing and singing, but this is her first time acting. She would like to thank Kayla August for pushing her to audition. She hopes to stay with Genesians as long as she can and make lots of new friends.

Lisa Roussel (Lights) Last seen on the Genesian stage in Lend Me A Tenor, this Chapelle junior has been active for as a first year Genesian. A Chapelle junior, Lisa is a cheerleader, a member of the Student Council and the Retreat Team.  Lisa says “break a leg” to all the seniors on their last show.

Rachel Sentilles (Katherine Casewell)  A  Chapelle senior, this is Rachel’s fourth and final show with the Genesians. She was previously cast in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Picnic, and Lend Me a Tenor, and also attended the New York Trip this year. At Chapelle, Rachel is involved in Student Council, Eucharistic Ministers, Retreat Team, NHS, Guardian Angels, and the Jessica Sill Fan Club. Even though she is very excited about going to LSU next year, Rachel is really going to miss all her fellow Genesians and wishes them luck in the future!
