Cast and Crew Profiles

QUINN ASARO (Bomber Gutzel) Quinn is this year's chairman of the Genesian Student Board. He made his debut in All the Way Home. A senior, Quinn graduated from St. Philip Neri. His Rummel activities include Vice President of the National Honor Society and Treasurer of the Spanish Club. Appearing in his eighth production, Quinn's goal is to look old enough to play an adult.

KAYLA AUGUST (Mrs. Potts) A Chapelle sophomore, Kayla is a first year Genesian Player. At Chapelle, she performed in a play directed by fellow Genesian, Kasey Mathews. She is involved in Ambassadors, Retreat Team, Showstoppers, and Thalians and would like to be in­volved in the Student Council.

MICHELLE CENAC (Flo Owens) Michelle is happy to say that this is her fourth Genesian year and she is serving on the Genesian Student Board. In her ninth production, Michelle is a Chapelle senior who is excited about her role as Flo. At Chapelle she is involved in Retreat Team, Ambassadors, Campus Ministry, Chorale, Thalians, and NHS. Michelle dedicates this role of the mother to her mother, whom she knows is proud of her. Michelle went to grammar school at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton.

AMANDA DUCORBIER (Madge Owens) Amanda made her Genesian debut as Dorothy in last season’s Wizard of Oz. Since then, she’s been busy as a four year Rummel cheerleader, and made appearances in the Genesian Christmas show. A second year Genesian, Amanda was selected by the membership to represent the Genesians as their candidate for Homecoming Queen. Amanda thanks God for all His favors.

VINCE FABRA (Hal) Vince is a second year Genesian Player in his senior year. Hailing from St. Christopher School, Vince made his Genesian stage debut in last season’s Odd Couple. Last spring’s musical gave him the opportunity to strut his stuff as Miles Gloriosus in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. At Rummel, Vince is active as Senior Class President, the football team, Campus Ministry, and Big Brothers. The Genesians top off his year. He is looking forward to further productions.

PAUL FLEMING (Prop Master) A sophomore, this is Paul’s first time working backstage. He has appeared before the audience in 4 In 1, Teahouse of the August Moon, Wizard of Oz. and most recently was the head eunuch in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. At Rummel, Paul is also involved in the Student Council. He gives thanks to Jonathan McCreary for getting him involved in the Genesian Players.

ROSS GERNON (Howard Bevans) A senior, Ross is in his third year as a Genesian Player. He made his Genesian stage debut in Wizard of Oz. He states he is proud of his Genesian family and is looking forward to making his last year his best.

LOUIS HAAR (Sound) A junior, Louis is a third year Genesian Player. He is devoted to technical theatre and has no desire to perform in front of an audience. He enjoys building sets and being on the sound crew. For the past two years, Louis has been the sound operator for all the Genesian Productions. Louis thanks Jaime Necaise, a Genesian grad, for all his help and dedication in helping Louis “learn the ropes.” Louis comes to Rummel from St. Christopher Grammar School.

ANTHONY IMPOSTATO (Hal Carter) Anthony is a senior making his Genesian stage debut in this production. His school activities include being a member of the football team, Big Brothers, Campus Ministry, and he is a Eucharistic Minister.

LINDSEY LANSON (Flo Owens) A Chapelle senior, Lindsey is a third year Genesian Player. She was worked tech crews such as lights, props and scenery before making her stage debut as Gwendolyn Pigeon in The Odd Couple. Lindsey was lighting director and student director for A Funny Thing Happened on the way To The Forum. At Chapelle, Lindsey is involved in True Love Waits, Gifted and Talented, National Honor Society, Ambassadors, and serves on the Student Council as Senior Class Treasurer. She also serves as a second year Drum Major for the Rummel Marching Band. Her Genesian awards are: Best Female Technician and Most Promising Newcomer. “Hey there, Mom! Thanks, you are my inspiration.”

WESLEY LAURENDINE (Howard Bevans) Wesley is a junior at Rummel. He is involved in baseball, basketball, Genesians, and the Student Council. He enjoys catching alligators and shooting Pop-a-shot He made his Genesian debut in The Wizard of Oz. He dedicates this performance to all the friends who support him.

SHIMA MASSIHA (Christine Schoenwalder) Shima is a voracious reader and an avid lover of the opera. A sophomore at Chapelle, this is her premiere performance with the Genesians. The new experience has been fun and challenging.

KASEY MATHEWS (Rosemaiy Sydney) Kasey is an Archbishop Chappelle senior. Her activities at Chapelle include President of Thalians, Ambassadors, National Honor Society, NSHS, and the retreat team. A third year Genesian, Kasey has appeared in Teahouse of the August Moon, Wizard of Oz, and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. Kasey is looking forward to the rest of this year and will be sad when it’s over.

MAREL MEDINA (Howard Bevans) Mare!, a senior, previously attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help. This is his debut on the Genesian stage. Marel is proud to be a Genesian and wants to continue studying acting and theater. He thanks his family and close friends for their continual support.

DAVID MORRIS (Alan Seymour) A junior, David is happy to say this is his fifth production with the Players. He has been involved in Lost in Yonkers, The Wizard of Oz, The Odd Couple, and he made his stage debut in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. A recently appointed member of the Genesian Student Board, David previously attended Atonement Lutheran School and is just starting to get involved with the Rummel Student Council. He thanks everyone in the cast for making his second stage experience so enjoyable.

CHRISTINA PEREZ (Madge Owens) A senior at Cabrini who is making her fifth appearance on the Genesian stage, Christina is very proud to be a Genesian at Rummel. At Cabrini, she is president of the speech team and the scenic artist for the drama club. She dedicates her performance to her late friend, Monica L. Jones.

BRAD ROVIRA (Alan Seymour) A junior, Brad comes to Rummel from Memorial Baptist Christian School. Currently, Brad is a member of the Latin Club, Key Club, National Honor Society and the Wrestling Team. Brad is also involved as a member of the Leadership Training Program. Picnic marks Brad’s debut on the Genesian stage.

LAURA SCHULZE (Mime Owens) A second year Genesian Player, Laura is playing her first major role. Her last stance on the Genesian stage was in The Wizard of Oz.

RACHEL SENTILLES (Irma Kronkrite) Rachel made a sensational debut as the Courtesan, Gymnasia, in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. This Chapelle senior is on the Chapellette Dance Team, Retreat Team, Student Council, Eucharistic Ministers, and National Honor Society. A graduate of St. Matthew the Apostle, Rachel thanks her mom for her support.
