Who's Who in the Cast & Crew

Ryan Bonfanti (Felix) This is Ryan’s third play, and his first lead rule, since attending Rummel. He played the malevolent snake in his first performance for the 3 in 1 show. Then he became Linus in his first musical, and probably his last for his horrible singing. Finally, he is set to play Felix in The Odd Couple, and wants to thank everybody who has made this performance possible. F.U.

Emily Borne (Cecily Pigeon) is a sophomore at Chapelle and is having a jolly-good time with the Genesians once again. This is her 4th Genesian production; past roles include Patty in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Willie in This Property is Condemned (3-in-1), and a townsperson in Our Town. If you care to listen to Emily speak with a British accent once again, she’ll be performing in Holy Cross’ production of Oliver in December. In her spare time, she enjoys using British slang while wishing she were British. Lots of thanks to everyone involved with this production, and love to her family and friends!

Yvette Bourgeois (Cecily Pigeon) Yvette is a junior at Archbishop Chapelle and is very excited to be in her first Genesian production.  Although Yvette has performed in 7 previous productions, The Odd Couple will be her first comedy.  She knows that it will be simply “marvelous.”  Special thanks to Mr. Claverie for giving her this opportunity to perform with such a great cast.  Break some limbs everyone!

Will Hoffpauir (Roy) is currently a junior at Archbishop Rummel High School. He is in his second year as a Genesian. You may recognize him from his Genesian debut as the oversized, somewhat awkward, purple-striped, golden-voiced Schroeder from You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Outside of Genesians, Will is also involved in many other activities. These include Lifeguards, Mass Band, Mu Alpha Theta, and National Honors Society. Will has many people to thank for their support in all of his endeavors, especially in those related to Genesians. Among these are his parents, his Uncle Stephan (Genesian alumnus and probably the coolest person you will ever meet), and Lil’ Roy. TEAM ROY!!!

Jesse Karmazin (Oscar Madison) Jesse is a junior at Rummel and The Odd Couple is his third play as a Genesian. His Debut performance with the Genesians was as the Snake in The Diaries of Adam & Eve (3-in-1). In his second play he portrayed Snoopy in You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown which was his favorite role so far. He is happy to finally have a role with no relation animals! Also, he never thought he’d see the day that a big boat was coming his way!  He is very honored to have a leading role in this, his third Genesian production. He would also like to give a shout out to his parents, and thank them for their support and love. He would also love to thank Kaptain Klav, and wants to give this one up to Mr. G. Thank you sir for inspiring me to perform.

Amanda Koffskey (Prop Mistress) is a senior at Archbishop Chapelle and a third year Genesian. She was also Prop Mistress for Charley’s Aunt and You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown. At Chapelle, she is involved in garden club, retreat team, and student council. She aspires to be a dinosaur when she grows up.

Claire Laurent (Gwendolyn Pigeon) is a senior at Archbishop Chapelle and is a fifth year Genesian. She made her Genesian debut in eighth grade as a Pink Lady in Grease and was last seen as Patty in last season’s production of You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown. Claire is extremely excited to have some of her best friends in the cast and crew and is psyched to have made new friends as well. Claire would like to dedicate her performances in this show to Mr. G, who taught her how to properly speak in a British accent. We love and miss you, Mr. G!

Matthew Lavigne (Student Director) is a senior at Rummel. This is his first year in Genesians. On Matt’s spare time he enjoys acting like a dinosaur and scaring people. He also carries around a Simpsons school bay everywhere he goes. He is also not a very good bio writer. The End.

Daniel Lund (Roy), currently a senior at Archbishop Rummel High School, this is his third year participating in the Genesians. “Acting has always been a hobby of mine; I also enjoy writing and producing films”. I have really enjoyed working with the cast this year and hope to have many more great productions to come”.

Paige Nulty (Gwendolyn Pigeon) is a senior at St Charles Catholic High School. This is her first Genesian production, although she was in Just Another High School Play at her school. In west Philadelphia she was born and raised, on a playground is where she spent most of her days.

Chris Pellegrin (Vinnie) is a junior at Rummel and The Odd Couple is his first Genesian performance. He decided to join the Genesians because of his interest in acting. He also served in student council in the eighth grade.

Sarah Peneguy (Prop Mistress) is a third year Genesian and a senior at Archbishop Chapelle. She has worked props for You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown and Charley’s Aunt. She one day plans to marry a curly-haired, blond landscaper and be a ruthless editor in New York.

Joshua Rodriquez (Speed) is a junior at Rummel and this is his first play with the Genesians. He is very excited to play Speed in The Odd Couple. He is a just a city boy, born and raised in south Detroit, who took a midnight train going anywhere. He also wishes to be become a feature film actor, and is young forever.

Spencer Schmidt (Murray) This is Spencer’s first year in Genesians. He has done plays in the past such as High School Musical, Cats, and Children of Eden. He is also one of the captains of Rummel’s Lacrosse team, in Operation HeadStart, and Raider Hope. Spencer will be attending Ole Miss next year. Thanks to all my friends and family especially to my parents who always support me in whatever I do.

Andrew Schulze (Murray) This is Andrew’s first performance for the Genesian’s. He has done plays back in Grammar School such as Children of Eden and School House Rock. He is currently in Raider Hope as the Committee Chairman of Landscaping, and a member of Campus Ministry. His goals for next year will be to attend LSU and do Navy ROTC there to become an officer after college. Andrew wants to thank his mother and his sister for encouraging him to do a play before he leaves and for a quick recovery for his mother’s surgery.
