plans are to major in Communication and Journalism to help him in
achieving his goal of sports broadcast journalist.
(Domina)
A member of Dominican High School’s most recent graduation class,
Natalie once again graces our stage with her portrayal of a dominating
female. Genesian audiences will recall her as the demanding invalid in Sorry,
Wrong Number. She calmed down as a villager in Teahouse
but took off again on her broom in The Wizard of Oz. In her
final Genesian role, Natalie struts her stuff as the ruler of the house of
Senex. Natalie is a graduate of St. Rita Elementary.
Ross Britz (Soldier) Ross is a sophomore at Rummel and has been a Genesian since his eighth grade year. Ross’s former roles have been Boy 1, farmhand, boy, jitterbug, soldier, and soldier again. As you can see, Ross has never played a role with enough importance to have a name but he plans on having a name next year. Ross is also involved in Operation HeadStart, Student Council, soccer, and track. Jessica Carroll (Tintinabula) A graduating Chapelle Chipmunk, Jessica is an avid dancer and fitness devotee. One of the main contributors to the Courtesans choreography, Jessica had to juggle several schedules to participate in her only Genesian production. Jessica worked Tech for The Odd Couple, and greatly enjoyed the New York Experience with the Genesians. Michelle Cenac (Mourner) Forum makes this Chapelle junior’s eighth production with the Genesian Players. She was previously involved in circle, Broadway Bound, 4 in 1, Teahouse, Lost in Yonkers, Wizard of Oz, and Odd Couple. Wow! Since she was a freshman, she has always loved being around the Genesians. Whether putting on a play, building the set, or going out on the weekends, she never failed to laugh and have fun with them. Michelle dedicates her small, but equally important part, to all of the seniors who are leaving. We will miss you! (Pseudolus/Hero) Keith is a graduating senior in his twelfth and final production with the Genesians. Keith has appeared in You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, Wizard of Oz, and most recently as Felix in The Odd Couple. As a junior, Keith received the Best Actor Geni for the role of Captain Fisby in Teahouse of the August Moon. In addition to being Genesian Chairman of the Board, Keith was involved in Big Brothers, Raiders’ Digest, and served as Senior Class President. "I would just like to thank the Genesians for five great years, and Mr. G for frightening me into being...almost good." (Miles G/Glorious) This is Brian’s fifth Genesian production and third year in the club. His performances include roles in 4 In 1, Teahouse, Lost in Yonkers, and The Odd Couple. (Miles Gloriosus) A junior, Vince has been elected to next year’s senior class president, a spot vacated by his friend, Keith Claverie. Vince made his Genesian debut this year in The Odd Couple. He did this even while playing football. "I would like to thank the senior Genesians who encouraged me to audition. I will miss them very much next year." A familiar face behind the scenes, this is Melissa’s debut performance. Melissa’s activities are cheerleading, student council, Mu Alpha Theta, NHS, yearbook staff, Retreat Team, and Eucharistic Ministry. (Domina) Mary Lee, an Ursuline Academy graduate is in her fifth and final year as a Genesian Player. Her prolific and varied performances on the Genesian stage has earned her a Best Supporting Actress Geni, a Best Actress Geni, and An All Around Female Genesian Award. Her contributions have been great on and off stage. "Thanks to the Genesians, old and new, who have helped make this club a success. My memories would not be as rich if it weren’t for you. Best of luck in the future." (Sound) Since joining the Genesians as a freshman, Louis has worked sound for almost all the GP Productions. More than manipulating the sound board, Louis installs lights, constructs scenery and works the main curtain. A side note: Louis’ brother, graduating Senior Matt Haar, has been a faithful and loyal Genesian for four years. Due to surgery he is unable to participate in this show, but we miss him and want his name somewhere in this program to let him know how much we love him. (Student Tech Director) A four year Genesian and Genesian Board member, George has worked every phase of the theater expect appearing in a role. House manager, construction crew, vendor, and ushering are all duties he has performed. George has received the Geni for Best Male Technician and Best All Around Male Genesian Player. George’s main project at this time is renovating the theater’s backstage area. We won’t miss him next season, because he plans to join our alumni tech staff. Now, he is making his debut in a major production. Max, currently a freshman, is involved in JV and Varsity wrestling, Latin Club, and National Junior Honor Society. He is looking forward to being in this show and many more in the future. (Erronius) Enjoying his fifth appearance on the Genesian stage, Paul is a 2003 Rummel grad. She would also like to thank a certain someone for being so understanding of the costume she must wear.
