Emily Brauninger (Kitty Verdun)
Emily has been in Genesians for four years. In her first play she
played Mercy Lewis in The Crucible and she was last seen in
Our Town as Julia Gibbs. Genesians is a huge part of her life
because it teaches you about theatre but more importantly the
organization teaches you about family and togetherness. She is sad
that she only has four more shows left. R.A.A. 5/5/22-3/5/08
Colette Childress
(Amy Spettigue) is a freshman at Chapelle. This is her second play
with the Genesian Players and looks forward to many more. She has
also appeared on the Thalians play this school year in Sorry,
Wrong Number.
Brian Comiskey
(Brassett) is currently a Junior at Archbishop Rummel. During his
high school career, he has lettered in swimming and assisted in
productions of the River Region Ballet. This is his first time
performing with the Genesians and he is looking forward to his
Senior year at Rummel.
Natalie Desselle
(Donna Lucia D’Alvadorez) is a sophomore at Mount Carmel Academy.
Natalie has been acting for many years, but this is her first year
as a Genesian. She performed in Our Town earlier this year,
and hopes to do many more plays in her future. Natalie loves being a
part of the Genesians.
Jessie Dupuy
(Kitty) Jessie is a junior at Archbishop Chapelle High School and is
enjoying her fourth performance and second year with the Genesian
Players. You might recognize her as LaLa from The Last Night of
Ballyhoo, or as Emily Webb from Our Town. In school,
Jessie is involved in student council, campus ministry, retreat
team, and many other activities. She is also an Archbishop Rummel
Cheerleader. Jessie is mondo excited about this play, and she wishes
she really did have a British accent!
Lauryn Gilardi
(Amy Spettigue) is a sophmore and a Showstopper at Archbishop
Chapelle High School. This is her fourth Genesian performance and
you may recongnize her from The Song of Bernadette,
Brighton Beach Memoirs, and Our Town. She is excited to
play Amy in this production!
Katharine Harris
(Ela Delahay) a
sophomore, has been attending Ursuline since kindergarten. In grade
school she performed Lucy in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown
under the direction of Mr. G., This is Katharine’s second time
performing with the Genesians. She was Rebecca Gibbs in Our Town.
She comes from a long line of Genesians as her mother, father and 3
sisters were all Genesians. She is happy to be a part of the family
acting tradition.
Claire Laurent
(Donna Lucia D’Alvadorez) is a sophomore at Archbishop Chapelle High
School. She attended Ascension of Our Lord elementary school where
she became active in community theatre. This is Claire’s fourth
Genesian production. She has also been seen as Myrtle Webb in Our
Town, Madame Pernet in The Song of Bernadette, and a Pink
Lady in Grease. Claire is involved in Student Council and
True Life, as well as being a Chapelle Ambassador officer and the
secretary of Showstoppers.
Erich Lendermon
(Sound Tech) Erich has been a Genesian since he started his freshman
year. He has worked on 7 productions with us and is hoping to make
a career in theatrical engineering. He also would like to thank
Jayme Necaise (the gangster) for showing him all he needed to know
for running sound, and to Mike for being an awesome technical
director for the 2 years he was here and last but not least Mr. G
for being the best director he knows.
Brian Maurice
(Charley Wykeham) Brian is a strappling young man with a cheerful
disposition, who always seems to make the most of the little
situations in life. When he is not lighting up the stage, Brian
enjoys spear fishing, freshwater kayaking, pyrotechnics, and making
mean PB&J sandwiches. You may also finding him doing kickflip-to-indies
on his wakeboard or perhaps domesticating a pack of wild dingos.
Being a senior, Charley’s Aunt will be Brian’s first and last
play at Archbishop Rummel, and he has promised to keep you on the
edge of your seat and make your mouth water for more drama. He was
actually quoted as saying, “Yea, I’m pretty much gonna keep them on
the edge of their seats and make their mouths water for more.” Now
that you’ve heard it grab a seat and maybe a bag of white cheddar
cheez-its and a crystal-lite. Enjoy the show and ladies I know what
your thinking, and the answer is yes. The British accent is in fact
authentic.
Price Provenzano
(Jack Chesney) is currently a Junior at Archbishop Rummel High
School. Price has appeared on the Genesian stage for almost three
years. You may have seen him in past productions such as Grease,
The Song of Bernadette, and Our Town. He is thrilled
to be a part of the Genesian Family and looks forward to his senior
year as a Genesian. “Acting is merely the art of keeping a large
group of people from coughing,” Sir Ralph Richardson.
Matthew Rigdon
(Sir Francis Chesney) Matthew or “Big Rig” as his friends call him,
is enjoying that he is the President of Genesians during his senior
year. Besides being in Genesians, Matthew is also in Campus
Ministry, YRNO, Operation HeadStart, Big Brothers, and a Eucharistic
Minister. Matthew has also appeared in many other Genesian plays. He
has been in The Crucible, The Desperate Hours, You
Can’t Take It With You, Grease, The Song of Bernadette,
The Last Night of Ballyhoo, and Our Town. Matthew also
helped out behind the scenes for Tiger House. Matthew has
enjoyed doing Genesians for four years. He will be attending UNO
next year. Matthew would like to take up the rest of the space in
the booklet by thanking his mom and dad (Shane and Darlene Rigdon).
He thanks them for all the work they have done for him, so that he
can have a great and happy life. He hopes that he has made them
proud.
Ryck Soto
(Stephen Spettigue) is a junior at ARHS. He is an active member of
the Jazz band, Marching band, and Jazz band. He has been in several
plays here at Rummel such as The Song of Bernadette and
Our Town. But this role is by far his largest yet. Ryck’s
elongating career in the Genesian Players promises that he will be
in many more plays in his final years of high school.
Andrew Stiebing
(Lord Fancourt Baberly) is a junior at Rummel. As a two year
genesian, Andrew is a Genesian board member. Charley’s Aunt
is Andrew’s fourth production with
the Genesian Players. Andrew is also a member of Student Council. At
night you might catch Andrew working the drive thru line at
McDonalds in river ridge.
